Investment Criteria
AFTA will focus on investments with the following criteria:
1. Sector: FINTECH sector only, including Institutional, Enterprise and Direct to Consumer businesses
2. Stage: Seed and early stage with a preference for companies with at least a proof of concept, clients, and/or revenues. Also will invest up to Series A for Syndicate Deals with Partner Angel Groups and VCs
3. Investment size: USD 100,000 to USD 500,000
4. Geography: Asian based entrepreneurs with a preference for Hong Kong and Singapore, but will also identify overseas companies (eg US, UK, European and other Asian countries) looking to grow their business in the Asian region..
5. Management: Full-time management team with strong Finance and/or technology track record.
6. Previous Exits: Preference for serial entrepreneurs who have previous exits
